Refund Policy

At Parse Everything, we want developers to be completely confident when investing in our web scraping infrastructure. We offer a fair, transparent refund policy on all purchases made via PayPal.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a Developer ($49/mo) or Business ($199/mo) plan and find that our API is unable to extract data from your primary target websites due to anti-bot restrictions, you are entitled to a 100% full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided that you have consumed less than 15% of your plan's monthly credit quota.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds cannot be issued under the following circumstances:

• More than 7 days have passed since the PayPal transaction date.
• Your account has consumed more than 15% of the purchased credits.
• Your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g. attempting DDoS attacks or scraping illegal material).
• One-time Top-up credit bundles ($19 for 50,000 credits) that have already been partially or fully consumed.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with the following details:

• Your registered account email address.
• Your PayPal Transaction ID.
• A brief description of the technical issue or target URLs that failed to extract.

Our engineering support team will review your request and process the refund via PayPal within 1–2 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your recurring PayPal subscription at any time directly through your PayPal dashboard or from your Parse Everything dashboard. Once cancelled, you will retain access to your remaining credits until the end of your billing cycle.
